1:1 Nutrition Coaching


This is for YOU if:

Inclusive of:

  • Premium coaching (weekly) or hybrid coaching (fortnightly).

  • 12 weeks (minimum) 1:1 nutrition coaching.

  • Initial phone call to discuss your history, your current goals, lifestyle, current eating style and more. This will allow me to get to know you better.

  • Weekly or fortnightly check-ins via online check-in form for accountability, education and to help you reach your goals. Feedback delivered via video.

  • Personalised meal plan and macro targets specific to your goals, likes and lifestyle with complete nutritional breakdown. (Updated regularly based on feedback and progression.)

  • Weekly direct support via email + direct message

  • Comprehensive supplement assessment & advice

  • Access to all AJHealth & Fitness resources and educational content to assist with your nutritional needs including recipes, an introduction into macros and tracking with My Fitness Pal, how to read nutrition labels, and tips around dining out.

These services are based around learning what to eat and how much using meal plans, plate planning and your calories and macros. AJHealth & Fitness’ coaching helps to educate and support you at every step of your journey, ensuring you are kept accountable and organised. The sustainable + realistic methods you will learn throughout the process will be life changing and your future self will thank you for it!
